The Use of the Organizational Identification to Enhance Psychological Empowerment among a Sample of Workers in the Saladin Education Directorate

Abstract
The research examines an issue of organizational behavior concerned with studying the extent to which employees belong to their organizations. To achieve the aims hypotheses, the study uses the descriptive analytical approach in presenting and discussing the data. To collect data required to solve the research problem, the questionnaire form was used, which was distributed to a sample of (131) workers in the Directorate of Education of Saladin and through the use of a set of statistical methods. The most important conclusion is finding strong correlation and a significant influence between organizational identification in its dimensions and psychological empowerment.
