Examining the Effective Factors of Career Path and Its impact on Employees’ Productivity (case study of an Iranian Company)

Abstract
The term career path and determining specific career paths are of the most important issues in human resource management. Career path is a tool to balance the needs of the organization and employees' needs and because employees are a valuable and effective asset of organizational productivity and thereby organizational goals, according to how they move during the service life and career path successful direction is the necessary and required material in any organization. Productivity, infact, is the most fundamental and crucial determinant of a standard of living. Increased productivity allows people to get what they want faster, or to get more of what they want in the same amount of time. Supply rises with productivity, dropping real prices and increasing real wages; it lifts people out of poverty and allows them to focus on efforts beyond mere survival. According to the importance of the issue in this study, we aimed to investigate the employees' career path in IRANA Tile using a model of Edgar Schein and evaluate the effect of five service abutments of this model in employees' productivity in IRANA Tile Company. To achieve the research objectives, two questionnaires of Edgar Schein and productivity were used. The results showed that security abutment is the most important service abutment in IRANA Tile Company and technicalprofessional qualities abutments is the most effective abutment in employees' productivity in the company
