Author Guidelines

  • Authors are requested to format their manuscripts in accordance with the following guidelines to ensure consistency and maintain the standards of the International Academic Journal of Science and engineering (IAJSE).
  • Manuscripts should be prepared using the official IAJSE template.

  • The title of the paper should appear centered at the top of the manuscript in bold with a font size of 17.
  • Immediately below the title, authors’ names should be listed using font size 14, followed by their designations, departments, affiliations, city, country, and email addresses in the format: X. Author Namea, X. Author Nameb; where a and b refer to respective institutional affiliations and contact details.
  • The abstract should provide a concise summary of the research within 150–250 words and be written in font size 10. Following the abstract, authors should list 3 to 5 relevant keywords, separated by commas, also in font size 10 (e.g., Keywords: Innovation, Research, Technology).
  • The main content of the paper should be organized using clearly defined headings and subheadings. Primary headings must be in bold with font size 12, while subheadings should be in bold with font size 10. All paragraph text should be justified and written in font size 10.
  • Figures and tables must be clearly labeled, numbered sequentially, and referenced appropriately within the text. Captions should follow the format: Fig. 1: Description or Table 1: Description and should appear directly below each figure or table.
  • All references must adhere to APA style. In-text citations should follow these formats: for one author, use (Author, Year); for two authors, use (Author1 & Author2, Year); and for three or more authors, use (Author1 et al., Year). Full references should be listed at the end of the manuscript. Examples include:
