Abstract

The present research aims to study the relationship of parenting styles and their lives quality factors
among the Islamic Azad University students, considering their population characteristics. In this respect,
239 students have been selected, clustered randomly. Their information has been collected, applying two
life quality evaluation questionnaire of the world health organization, also the living environment
questionnaire, and then the Pearson correlation and regression analysis have been applied to analyze the
data. The findings show that physical health, psychological health, social relations and living environment
factors have a positive correlation with the warm side, and negative correlation with the cold side of
parenting style.
