A New Look At the Motivation and Enthusiasm in Teaching and Learning in the View of Educational Thinkers of the Twentieth Century

The present study is a review research. First of all, necessities and facilities of considering the factors of
motivation, enthusiasm, and love in teaching-learning process in children will be described. Then, the
opinions and views of some scholars of education in this regard will be mentioned. The purpose of this
study is to stress the possibility of considering these aspects in the process of teaching and learning. By
reviewing these philosophical views and opinions, the authors tried to explain how to take into account
motivation and enthusiasm in teaching and learning. The results of this study contain the points that can
be applicable to the process of curriculum planning for teaching and learning.
