Abstract: This study aims to investigate the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational justice and organizational entrepreneurship in Mohaqeq Ardebili University staff. Method and then the questionnaires the validity of which were established were completed by the subjects. Bass and Olive questionnaire was used to measure the transformational leadership, Mustakys questionnaire was used to measure entrepreneurship, Niehoff and Moorman questionnaire was used to measure organizational justice, and Mvstakys questionnaire was used to measure entrepreneurship. Multiple regression and ANOVA were analyzed Using Spss 20 software and with Pearson correlation. Results showed that there is a significant positive relationship between transformational leadership, justice and entrepreneurship in university staff researcher City
