While AI tools can aid authors, IAJE emphasizes that these tools cannot replace human authorship. AI cannot be credited as an author, nor can it assume responsibility for the content. IAJE strictly prohibits unethical uses of AI, such as generating entire manuscripts without meaningful human input, fabricating or manipulating data, or any other practices that compromise research integrity. The editorial team and peer reviewers will carefully assess manuscripts to detect inappropriate AI use. Failure to disclose or misuse of AI tools may lead to rejection or retraction of the article and notification of relevant institutions.
