Identification and ranking of factors affecting financial health and self-efficacy of manpower in the Shahid Foundation of the West Azerbaijan affairs using TOPSIS model

Abstract

The objective of the present research was to Identify and ranking of factors affecting financial health and
self-efficacy of manpower in the Shahid Foundation of the West Azerbaijan affairs using TOPSIS model.
The research method is descriptive survey and the statistical population is the all employees of the Shahid
Foundation of the West Azerbaijan province with 280 people, of these, 162 were selected using Cochran's
formula and stratified random sampling. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect
information. Content validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by the experts and reliability of the
questionnaires was confirmed using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. In order to analyze the data,
exploratory factor analysis and Bartlett statistics were used. Fuzzy topsis technique was used to rank the
factors affecting financial health and self-efficacy. Factors affecting financial health were named
organizational factors, administrative-economic factors, legal-legal factors, social factors, personality
factors, regulatory factors and informed factors. The factors influencing self-efficacy of individual
factors, organizational factors and management factors were named.
