Abstract

public procurement is proces supply of goods and services by government of the private sector. public procurement consumption of public resources and effective management of public resources requires principles and mechanisms. A public procurement system requires high standards of economy, including value for money; competitiveness; effectiveness; transparency because public procurement serves public interests. Out of the total public resources utilized, procurement constitutes. these principles are not objective but rather a tool to achieve the main objectives of public procurement, including increased public confidence, maintaining the value of money (fair price), conservation and optimal management of financial resourc.
