Effect of Bitcoin on the Discipline of International Law

Abstract

In the new era, human beings have new tools to transfer their wealth, including their money. One of these tools is the use of the Internet. In the meantime, digital intermediaries for transfer are formed. It can be noted in digital currencies like bitcoin. Also, this study will investigate Legal problems facing Bitcoin in level of International and Legal solutions against with that in the level of international law.
