Abstract

Small-scale, standalone wind turbine systems are the focus of current research. The use of wind turbines to produce
electricity has significantly increased. Many of these tiny wind turbines were first installed to supply electricity to
remote farms. The ability of small wind turbines to generate electricity at a comparatively low cost is one of their
many advantages. Additionally, they can be put in less populous areas, such as rural or mountainous areas, which
helps save money on expensive power transmission line construction. Small wind turbine systems can be a wise choice
in places where natural catastrophes have damaged power cables because they are simple to install. Focusing on the
development of tiny wind turbine systems for energy generation is essential for all of these reasons. The primary
objective is to develop compact wind turbine systems that are economical, dependable, and efficient. This study
focuses on developing blade profiles utilizing a specific design methodology developed for small horizontal axis wind
turbine systems.
