Abstract

The rapid development of 6G communication technologies is triggering the transition towards ultra-immersive, human-centred medical training spaces. This study deals with the cognitive-technological divide in the present education on surgery, whereby the static platforms do not consider the personal mental exhaustion and real-time pressure. Bring a new architecture of Neuro Adaptive Cognitive Monitoring to improve Human-Machine Teaming in 6G-enabled medical ecosystems. The NACM framework takes advantage of the low latency and reliability of 6G and uses real-time Brain-Computer Interface data to track the cognitive condition of a trainee in real-time. This enables an AI-based digital twin or surgical robot to change both its task distribution and support according to the immediate mental load of its user. The neural spikes are processed using a 6G model that is decentralized, and the methodology is a multidimensional stochastic model. Statistical results from the simulation demonstrate that the 6G-NACM framework achieves a staggering 93.7% reduction in system latency (0.7 ms) and a 68.7% improvement in Mean Error Rate compared to traditional VR benchmarks. Furthermore, the integration of Explainable AI produced a 9.2/10 User Trust Score, proving that transparency is vital for safety-critical collaboration. The study concludes that neuro-adaptive HMT significantly mitigates cognitive burnout by 61.1%, facilitating accelerated skill acquisition. This study adds a detailed architectural vision of Industry 5.0 of smart education, focusing on the shift of passive tooling to the consideration of synchronous, cognitively-aware, teaming. Finally, the suggested NACM system offers the health care workforce a resilient solution that is scalable to the future.
