Abstract

This study has explored the impact of training, stress, ease of use and job satisfaction on employee performance in the workplace. The study used a sample of 384 employees from various job sectors and applied quantitative analysis techniques. The data were analysed using various statistical tests including t-tests, regression analysis and correlation analysis.
