Model for entrepreneurial strategy in industrial units Case Study: Qom province's industrial plants

Nowadays, entrepreneurship is a necessity to create a healthy national economic space and its role in the economic stability has been verified. The present study presents a model for entrepreneurial strategy in the province's manufacturing plant. The type of research is descriptive analytic survey. The study consisted of 25 industrial and academic elite in the province who have been selected judgmental sampling. The instruments were questionnaire. Analysis of the collected data is done by SPSS18. In this study, after identifying the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats by the experts, the strategy of the organization's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats were derived using expert organizations. The results showed that the strategies that should be considered include: Communicate with the academic Festival in the country to attract them, sending experts to international conferences for entrepreneurship updated knowledge and new technologies, the strategy of entrepreneur teams within the organization of talented personnel in different units, the use of academic experts in the field of entrepreneurship has relevant studies to develop appropriate strategies in this field, contracting with parks, science and technology to optimize enterprise business processes, linking with government agencies to assess the political situation in the world and sanctions, promoting an entrepreneurial culture in the organization, certified focus on keeping forces to promote entrepreneurial culture in the organization, entrepreneurship courses to improve entrepreneurship, human resources, organizational ability, taking into account the performance-based bonus system for entrepreneurs, an annual rowing race in specialized fields to identify the entrepreneur and absorption, holding briefings to attract foreign investment in the field of entrepreneurship, the creation of in-service training to increase skills and knowledge of staff, management courses for executives familiar with the concepts of entrepreneurship, the creation of a tendency in organizations to support entrepreneurship in the organization by their managers, create strategies and entrepreneurial strategies in organizations by human resources managers and senior managers, Create forums to increase communication between employees and between different parts of an organization promoting entrepreneurship, attract foreign investment to the organization and to consider the budget for entrepreneurship.
