Abstract

Artificial Intelligence AI in Education: A Game Changer for Kids with Special Needs We examine how artificial intelligence can be used to teach second languages to children with special needs. It explores AI tools including speech recognition, virtual assistants, adaptive learning systems, and gamification, analyzing their effects on engagement, motivation, and learning outcomes. We sampled a total of 50 learning disabled children aged 7-12 from different special education schools to evaluate the efficaciousness of an AI in learning the language of the children. Persona Data was obtained using surveys, interviews, and classroom observations. The results demonstrate that AI tools strongly enhance engagement, personalization, and immediate response, improving access and education in second language for children with special needs. This paper ends with recommendations for education policy, along with future research on the role of AI in special education.
