Policy
Open Access Policy
The International Academic Journal of Innovative Research (IAJIR) is committed to the principle of open access, ensuring that all published content is freely available to readers worldwide without any subscription or paywall barriers. This policy supports the global exchange of knowledge by allowing unrestricted access to research findings, which enhances visibility, citation, and the overall impact of scholarly work.
All articles published in IAJIR are made available under an open access model immediately upon publication. Users are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles, or use them for any lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author, provided that proper citation and attribution are given. This aligns with the journal’s mission to promote the dissemination of innovative and interdisciplinary research to a broad audience.
IAJIR typically publishes content under a Creative Commons Attribution Non-Commercial License, which enables authors to retain copyright of their work while granting the public rights to reuse the content. Authors are encouraged to review the license terms during submission to understand their rights and responsibilities. The journal does not charge readers or institutions for access, ensuring that knowledge remains freely accessible and widely shared.
Plagiarism Policy
The International Academic Journal of Innovative Research (IAJIR) maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward plagiarism in any form. All manuscripts submitted to the journal are subjected to plagiarism detection software to ensure originality. Authors must ensure that their submissions are entirely their own work and that proper citations are provided for all sources, ideas, or data borrowed from other works. Any form of plagiarism—including direct copying, paraphrasing without acknowledgment, or presenting another's work as one’s own—is considered a serious ethical violation.
If plagiarism is detected at any stage of the publication process—whether during peer review or after publication—the manuscript may be rejected or retracted, depending on the severity. In confirmed cases of plagiarism, the journal reserves the right to notify the author’s institution and to ban the authors from future submissions. IAJIR encourages transparency, originality, and ethical writing practices to uphold the integrity of academic publishing.
Review Policy
The International Academic Journal of Innovative Research (IAJIR) follows a double-blind peer review process to ensure the quality, objectivity, and integrity of all published research. In this system, both the reviewers and the authors remain anonymous to each other throughout the review process. This approach minimizes potential bias and promotes a fair and impartial evaluation of the manuscript's scholarly merit, originality, and relevance to the journal's scope.
Each submitted manuscript is initially screened by the editorial team to assess its suitability and adherence to the journal’s submission guidelines. If deemed appropriate, it is then assigned to qualified reviewers with expertise in the relevant field. Reviewers are expected to provide constructive feedback, highlight any ethical concerns, and recommend acceptance, revision, or rejection. The final decision on publication rests with the editor-in-chief or designated section editor, based on the reviewers’ comments and the overall quality of the submission.
