Abstract

This research examines the strategic innovation models that improve organizational agility in the context of the
knowledge economy. The research analyzes how various types of innovation such as open, disruptive, and
ambidextrous contribute to an organization’s sensing, responsiveness, and adaptive capabilities. Employing a mixed-
method research design that integrates literature review of contemporary academic writings and case study of
knowledge-dependent organizations, this study incorporates both qualitative and quantitative data. The results indicate
that digitally enabled cultures of continuous learning, which combines diverse innovation approaches, drives
enhancement of organizational agility for competitive advantage in the knowledge economy.
