Precise scheduling and effective communication within the scope of scheduling frameworks are vital for meeting
delivery timelines in project management. However, project scheduling concerns exploitation, trust issues, and
inadequate auditability in a traditional context. In context to this problem, we focus on developing a blockchain-based
framework which provides scheduling transparency, immutability, and decentralized validation. The proposed system
exploits the immutable properties of blockchain technology to grant stakeholders uncontrolled access to real-time
information concerning project timelines, resource distribution, and milestone fulfillment. The methodology defined
consists of smart contracts responsible for automated status alteration and dependency management. Compared to
other project scheduling software, schedulers using our proposed approach reported improved transparency, reduced
conflict regarding updates, and enhanced audit trails. Incorporating blockchain technology into collaborative projects,
especially in construction, software engineering, and government work, significantly improves trust, accountability,
and efficiency. Further research should focus on improving scalability and merging the system with AI-controlled
forecasting tools.
