The main purpose of this research is consideration the landslide occurred at Bahramkush Dam Reservoir. To archive this aim geoelectrical soundings with Schlumberger and Dipole – Dipole arrays in this area did. 7 and 10 profile respectively by Schlumberger and dipole – dipole arrays were survived. 200 vertical electrical soundings by these arrays were carried out. The maximum current electrode spacing length AB/2 was 215 meter. This method revealed the significant electrical discontinuity which located between sound numbers 11 and 12. This research work showed the change in lithology from marl conglomerate to soft or tiny marls. The results of the performed analysis with vin32 software showed that the sliding mass has difference in resistance from 10 to 4000 Ohm
