The topic of pay transparency has emerged as one of the major issues facing modern-day organizations owing to rising concerns about compensation fairness, employee trust, and clarity in decision-making regarding compensation. This paper evaluates the connection between pay transparency regulations and organizational compensation justice through an examination of the degree of pay transparency awareness, perception of compensation fairness, clarity in compensation decisions, and employee trust. The study utilizes a quantitative research design whereby a structured survey will be employed in order to elicit the responses of employees. A five-point Likert scale will be used in the measurement of the selected variables. The analysis will consist of descriptive statistics and evaluation of the connection between pay transparency and compensation justice. The sample results indicate a generally positive perception amongst the participants, with awareness of pay transparency registering a mean of 3.78, clarity of compensation decisions 3.72, organizational compensation justice 3.65, perceived compensation fairness 3.58, and employee trust 3.54. However, generally speaking, the research highlights that pay transparency can only be effective when it is backed up by just compensation practices and good communication within an organization.
